packet forwarding based on queue length

Hi,

I want to perform packet forwarding in an active network based on contents
of the incoming capsule as well as length of the queue (or packet buffer)
at the active node. I would like to know whether there is any provision in
the ANTS classes for me to be able to access the the queue(s) at an active
node. How should I go about implementing my forwarding scheme? Any help
will be appreciated.
