I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student in the School of Computing at University of Utah from August 2016. My advisor is Prof. Feifei Li. I am a member of the Data Group. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the ACM Class of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In Fall 2015, I worked as a research assistant at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and was supervised by Prof. Eric Lo. My undergraduate research advisor at SJTU was Prof. Kenny Zhu.

My current research interest is in large-scale data management systems; in particular, approximate query processing and query optimization, OLTP and OLAP engines, and streaming processing.

I am now generously supported by the Google PhD Fellowship.

I'll join University at Buffalo as an assistant professor in Fall 2021.
