but there is no such thing as *the* Open Source methodology.  That is my
point.  Nothing more, nothing less.  You may dislike the way the guile
project works, which is fine and probably justifiable, but why this whole
baby/bathwater thing?  Isn't it dangerous to generalise from the particular
to the global like that?

If we were not using English, or maybe even if using "one" didn't get so
many flames from speakers of American English that I've stopped using it, it
might be clear that I was not being personal.
