changing the icon of a file generated by --gui-exe

Hello

I wrote a utility program for my company using mzscheme on WindowsNT.
Though they agreed on the usefulness of the program, they were very
reluctant on having PLT icon in their system and I've been requested to
change it.

Is there any way to change the icon of an executable generated by
--gui-exe?
