Remote COM servers

MysterX now has the ability to launch remote COM servers.

The procedures cocreate-instance-from-coclass and
cocreate-instance-from-progid take an optional
argument, which may be 'local (the default),
'remote, or the name of a machine.

Available via anonymous CVS, as usual.
