Issue: Censoring the Censor-Resistant-Network itself
	The reason that identification vs. eavesdropping is important is that many/most CRNs already try to prevent eavesdropping.
	Currently, most identification/filtering is done at port level, which does not really require Agile Protocols to circumvent (though it _could_ be useful for port hopping/spread spectrum.) The real threat will come when the contents of the packets are examined by the network.
