ChanStats

Hi,

I am a new ANTS/Janos user. Could someone kindly explain to me what each
of the ChanStats methods return? I'm trying to simulate a situation where
there are lots of packets in transit on the channel between 2 nodes.
However, when I try and get the channel stats right after sending a packet
on the OutChannel, all stats are 0.
