What do you mean by "node"?  Abone node?  An instance of Moab/Linux?
The JanosVM?  Something else?

Janos can only manage the CPU/Memory usage of processes that run
within it.  If you're running on Moab, the CPU and network usage of
flows can be controlled.  Per-flow memory control is only provided by
the JanosVM (which works on bare unix, or in conjunction with
Moab/OSKit) and thus only applies to Java-based programs.
