Look at doc/ANTSChanges.html in the ANTS2.0 distribution.  That
details many of the changes from ANTS1.2 to ANTSR.  (ANTSR was used as
the base for ANTS2.0.)  The ANNOUNCE file in the distribution details
some of the other changes for 2.0.   There isn't a document that
describes all the difference between 1.2 and 2.0.

If there's anything specific you'd like to know, please ask.
