- 03/22/2004 Here is what to emphasize about the slides that
couldn't be shown in today's review:
You need to know
- everything covered about home images are stored
- about gifs versus jpegs and what they are each most often used for.
- the basics of the image tag, and how images are transferred.
- Images as links
Sizing, aligning padding etc your links is good to practice with but not
important for testing. Image mapping wasn’t practiced and won’t be
tested.

Notice: section-switch volunteers are needed.
Currently there are 32 students
registered in lab period 3rd and 33 students registered in
lab period 4th. However, there are only 27 machines available
in Weil 412. At the same time, there are only 19 guys registered
in lab period 2nd. So we need 5 students
in period 4th and 4 students in period 3r
d to switch to period 2. If you decide to be a volunteer,
just send Charles
or
Yu
an email. You will be awarded 3 diligence
points. The deadline
for volunteer switching is
5:00 pm Jan. 24th
, that is Monday. If there are not enough volunteers,
we will pick what's left randomly. Be sure to check
the website before next Wednesday
to see whether your lab period has been changed.
