I started my PhD study in Fall, 2009 and now am a fifth-year PHD student in the school of computing at the University of Utah. I am in the FLUX research group and work with Prof. Robert Ricci. Before that, I got a Bachelor degree from College of Software, Nankai University, China in 2009. I like to do system-level work, especially about storage systems. Currently, I am working on deduplicating storage systems and cloud storage.
I did two summer internships at EMC BRS Advanced Development Team in 2012 and 2013.What's New
- 04/24/2012: Our paper, named as ''Towards Fair Sharing of Block Storage in a Multi-tenant Cloud'', was accepted to the HotCloud '12 workshop.
- 03/16/2012: In the summer of 2012, I am going to do a summer internship program with EMC@NJ.
- 02/14/2012: I attended FAST '12 at San Jose, CA.
- 11/18/2011: I wrote a tiny program, called rr to show the effect of caches in disks.
