Detailed Description

Nested class in UserInterface, defining a sequential container of <ctrl-name, hot-key, fVector>.

Two keyboard_callback functions are provided, one for control variable bound to spinners, the other for boolean variables, which do not need glui spinners.

The global control id for each control in a ControlGroup is taken as the ConvertedKeyValue when it is added to menu.
