THC Project Tools and Headers for C++

THC stands for ``Tools and Headers for C++''. Its objective is to provide a set of independent tools for the development of C++ applications. The goal is that the developper only picks the set of classes it needs (like one would pick atoms to build a molecule), not the whole toolkit.
