This volume renderer is available for download as a Win32 binary. Please read the associated user manual for details on how to run the executable and for a description of the various options.

External Dependencies

The GLUT dll is needed to run this program.

Datasets

Here are a few datasets that can be used to experiment with the software. The first one is a toy dataset that one should feel free to open with a text editor in order to get more familiar with the input file formats. It is available either in hi.nrrd format, or as a hi.nhdr file with its associated hi.raw file. The second dataset is an MRI of a head section which has been compressed for download purposes.
