Welcome to my page of poetry... you might not like some of it, but hey. That's why it's my poetry and not yours, eh? You can follow any of this list of links in order to jump directly to a specific poem, or you can return to my home page.
Oh, also, if you have any comments, questions, suggestions, confessions, ideas, or if you notice any typographical errors (some may be intentional.. after all, poetry doesn't necessarily use real English anymore), feel free to e-mail me and say what's on your mind.
You may have noticed that I finally got my butt in gear and organized this page around a little bit. Now, so that you can read any given poem without having to wait for all the poems to load, I've put poems from different years on separate pages. If you have any problems with broken links (or you just don't like the way I've laid things out), let me know. Thanks!
I originally wrote this poem last summer, as I was staying in a little cabin in the middle of the Holy Cross Wilderness near Red Cliff, Colorado, which is near Vail. We went to Vail every so often, and one night the entire atmosphere just seemed magical to me. All the people seemed somehow connected in my mind, and I hope I've captured even a little bit of that feeling in this poem.
