This document describes the requirements for a semester class that
covers the development of a software based project from the bid
process through to the final delivery.  It is provided in outline
format for clarity. Additional details/clarification can be provided
upon request

  Upon successful completion of project a letter of recommend will be
issued to student for resume purposes (if deserved)

  If appropriate for IP issues, consultant status may be arranged.
