Biography

Mingwang Tang is a PhD student in the School of Computing at University of Utah. Prior to join UU in Aug. 2011, he was a PhD student in Florida State University from fall 2009 to summer 2011. He received his MS and BE degree from Sichuan University in 2009 and 2006, respectively. More about him is here [ ] .

Research Interests

Query Optimization, Query processing in Spatio-temporal database, Indexing and data analytics for large scale data.
