Sparkling Wine

• Mumm Cuvee Napa Brut Prestige - A light body is ringed tightly by pear and vanilla creased almond flavors wrapped by fresh acidity.
• Mumm Cuvee Napa Brut Blanc de Noirs - A gorgeous, velvety dry sparkler with a pink hue indicative of creamy strawberries balanced by a strip of Chablis flint. It will gain complexity and fullness with bottle age.
• Domaine Chandon Brut Cuvee - This has more body weight and up front fruitness than Mumm's Brut. The bubbles are bigger, but are rounded by more floral intensity on the nose and tempered by a modest acidity.
• Codorniu Napa Brut - A light wine that pleases in a youthful style of fresh apples touched by lemon.
• St. Innocent Blanc de Noirs - A northwest wine full of pinot noir character. Dark fruit, mushroom sauce and nutmeg are some of the characteristics.
• Gruet Brut - A firm yeasty wine focusing on pear fruit with definition and a lengthy finish.
• Seaview Brut - A light clear wine, with floral and melon elements crisply finished.
