I am currently working as Research Staff for the
Virtual Environments and
Teleoperation Lab. My main focus is with the
Treadport Project,
on which I received my masters degree. My research was published in the paper
"Implementing Virtual Stairs on Treadmills Using Torso Force Feedback"
(ps or pdf) at the
IEEE Intl. Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) 2002. For more
information on the Treadport check out our article
"Keeping It Real" in MIT's Technology Review magazine.
I am also currently working on the Sarcos Dextrous Arm Slave and Master
project and am affiliated with the
Immersive
Environment research group
Update - I am now working in Xenia, Ohio at Barco Simulation.

That's it. Hope you enjoyed my home page. I know it is pretty boring, but I'm a grad student - who has time to fix it up. Hopefully as I get more into my research and take some interesting graphics courses I'll have more to add. Until then live with what you see :).
