I currently work as a developer for the XBox Core Software team at Microsoft. I am helping create the software side of the successor to the XBox. I am focusing on XBox Live and general networking APIs. If you have experience with the stuff I work on and would like to pass on feedback then feel free to email me: russc@m i c r o s o f t . c o m
I graduated in the spring of 2004 with a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Computer Engineering.
For my CS Senior Project my team wrote a networked video game that we called Modern Warfare. Here is a link to my team’s webpage.
I am currently adding support of Windows XP to Netbed, Utah’s Network Testbed. So far I have added support of the NTFS file system to the disk loading software that Netbed uses. My current project is getting Windows XP to self configure in the Netbed environment.
I am mentioned as a Netbed contributor in the following papers.
An Integrated Experimental Environment for Distributed Systems and Networks at OSDI 2002
