Yet to be updated...
I enjoy mountain biking enormously. I own a primitive "Diamond Back" bike. Its
a rigid (no suspensions) mountain bike which I hope to replace with a top of the
line mountain bike, when I land in a job.
** Update: I got a new(used) bike**
As I mentioned earlier, I finally got around to buying a nice bike for
myself. Its a full-suspension specialized bike (no disc brakes though :(
). Man, bikes cost a fortune!!
Being in Utah helps a lot to this hobby. There are lots of mountains and biking trails all over the state. I haven't gone mountain biking outside of salt lake city yet. But there are tons of trails close by to the university which needs to be conquered ;).
I have biked in city creek canyon, dry creek canyon, shoreline trail (hoogle zoo fork) and pipeline trial (Mill Creek). Unless I have a company I don't experiment new trails for the fear of getting lost. I hope to go through bob sled in the future which is claimed to an experts only trail. Apart from mountain biking, I use my bike for the regular commute from my home to the University which in itself is a moderately strenuous up hill.
Update: Bob Sled conquered (26 October 2005). Details of my first experience
are recorded here
.

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art. I started taking taekwondo lessons from the university during the summer 2005 and I am enjoying it. I currently have a yellow belt which is the first rank after the white belt (rank less). I am still continuing the classes and I hope to get to green belt, which is two belts away, before I graduate from this university.

I am a total amateur when it comes to swimming. I learnt swimming during the summer 2005 and I have been doing it every day since June 2005. I wouldn't say I enjoy swimming, because I am not very good at it, unlike the other things listed above, but it keeps me fit and I hope to be a better swimmer in the future.
Again a total amateur and not very good at this sport. I don't play this very often, maybe a couple of times a month, but I enjoy playing it whenever I get a chance. I have won only two games so far and those two games were played against first time players :).
