Online registration consists of three steps:
Enter the basic registration information.
Verify the data before committing the registration.
Either pay the registration fee on-line (credit card / PayPal) or mail/fax relevant payment information (check / credit card).
The early registration deadline is April 16, 2007.
You will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation at the end of the registration process and an additional e-mail when your payment is actually processed.

For a supporting letter for a visa application (for non-US attendees), contact the Registration Chair with the following information.
You may cancel your registration until April 20, 2007 with a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after April 20, 2007.
