CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The registration fee covers ICNP and both of the workshops, FIST and WRIPE.
Below are the registration guidelines. If you have any questions, please contact funda@cs.sfu.ca
- Advance registration rates apply before October 3, 2011, 11:59 pm PDT. This is also the cutoff for the hotel's conference rate.
- Conference paper authors: To present the paper in the conference, the presenter must register at the full rate and not at the student rate.
- Student attendees: Students can only register for the student rate if they are not presenting the full paper in the conference. Students presenting posters, participating in the PhD forum, or simply attending the conference can register at the student rate. Student registrants should upload a proof of their student status. Typically this would be a letter from their department.
- Refund Policy: All refund requests must be made in writing
and must be received no later than October 3, 2011 at 11:59 pm PDT.
Requests received before October 3, 2011 11:59 pm PDT will receive a
full refund less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be processed
for those canceling after this date.
