ABOVE LEFT: Visiting the birthplace of distant relatives. My great-grandfather Cornelius Lorenzen was born at this site. The house has twice burned and been rebuilt since then. That's me on the right. ABOVE RIGHT: This tower in Darmstadt, Germany appears to be flipping off the town. LEFT: Near Interlaken, Switzerland. In my best German (which is pretty bad) I asked some passing tourists if they could please take my picture. The gentleman took the camera and asked in English if I wanted a landscape or portrait image. Turned out I had found some English tourists who didn't understand any German!

	LEFT: A picture of "the David" by Michelangelo. This statue is in Florence, Italy. It was worth the wait in the 45 minute line to get in and see this. ABOVE: The leaning tower of Pisa. Tourists are no longer allowed inside, but they are free to act stupid on the lawn!
