Actually, a quick peek behind the wall reveals Berlin wall
decoration in its more natural state.
This section of the wall was first painted in 1990. Parts
where refurbished in 2000, while the rest was allowed to evolve
naturally.
A new wall is being erected on the four blocks surronding the
American embassy. A peek behind it reveals an armored personnel
carrier.
