Answer
Fortran tells you that you are accessing outside of the boundaries of the
array. Not every version of Fortran will give you this warning. In that case,
if you read outside of the array boundaries, you will be reading garbage. If
you write outside of the array boundaries, you may corrupt the program and
cause it to crash.
