SPeaCAP - libpcap bindings for PLT Scheme

The SPeaCAP ("Speak Up!") library provides a wrapper around the libpcap packet sniffing library. It makes it easy to quickly build pcap applications from PLT Scheme. It's available at PLaneT, and the source is posted here. The source and .plt file contains some fun sample applications.
