This cartoon is a shameless mockery of a very poorly-done educational video we were forced to watch in high school. I don't remember anything else about it except for one part where two people do a role-play of a father and son. The father approaches his son to explain that he found a contraceptive device in his pants pocket while sorting the laundry. The father then goes on to explain to his son (in excrutiating detail) how to use it.
Being on the morally conservative side, I found the entire video more than a tad distasteful. Such conversations are best left between real fathers and sons, not as part of cheesy role-plays in the classroom. So in mild protest, I drew this cartoon which -- by replacing the item with a harmless carrot -- rendered the whole episode ridiculous. |
