(By request) Developing in Vim beginner's guide

I'm currently implementing some enhanced security features in Emulab using TCG technologies. I'm also screwing around with ACPI on OpenBSD although it is unlikely that I will accomplish anything useful before the real devs do. It would be sweet if I did though.
