I am Bo Wang, a PhD student in computer science at the University of Utah. My research interests are computer vision, machine learning, and image analysis. I'm working with Dr. Guido Gerig at the Scientific Computing and Imaging (SCI) Institute. I'm from China, and my hometown is Luoyang which is one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China.

What's new?

• July, 2013: our paper " Modeling 4D Changes in Pathological Anatomy using Domain Adaptation: Analysis of TBI Imaging using a Tumor Database " was accepted to MICCAI 2013 - Workshop on Multimodal Brain Image Analysis (MBIA). [Project Page]
• June 28- July 3, 2013: I attended the Information Processing in Medical Imaging (IPMI 2013) in Asilomar, CA.
• June 17-21, 2013: I attended the NA-MIC Summer Project Week in Cambridge, MA.
• Apirl 7-11, 2013: I attended the IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI) 2013 to present our paper " Analyzing imaging biomarkers for traumatic brain injury using 4D modeling of longitudinal MRI ".
• January, 2013: our paper " Analyzing imaging biomarkers for traumatic brain injury using 4D modeling of longitudinal MRI " was accepted to IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI) 2013.
• August, 2012: our paper " Neuroimaging of structural pathology and connectomics in traumatic brain injury: Toward personalized outcome prediction " was accepted to NeuroImage: Clinical.
• January, 2012: our paper " Segmentation of Serial MRI of TBI patients using Personalized Atlas Construction and Topological Change Estimation" was accepted to IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI) 2012.
