PRIS Programmer's Handbook

Brian Smits

This document is a way for the PRIS(Predictive Realistic Image Synthesis) project to maintain a higher level of quality in its software. It sets for a set of rules and guidelines to make the resulting system more consistent and robust. Although it takes time to learn and follow design, coding and testing guidelines, the result is a system that multiple people can more easily use and extend over a longer period of time. This means less work in the long run.
