I completed my M.S. degree in Computer Science from the School of Computing in August 2000. My thesis advisor was Dr. John Hollerbach, and I worked on the Treadport virtual environments project. A paper based on my thesis research was published in the journal Presence:Teleoperators and Virtual Environments (abstract here).
Before that, I received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from VJTI, Mumbai, India, in June 1998.
I run a game company called Nunook Interactive in India. Our current shipping product is BrainNook: a syllabus-based, educational virtual world for children.
Previously, at Electronic Arts in the San Francisco Bay Area, I helped develop a number of titles in the popular Sims series of games.
Before that, I worked at a startup, also in the Bay Area, called Beatware, which was acquired after I left.
