Travelling to Park City

• Arriving at SLC airport and renting a car
  The hotel webpage has detailed instructions for making your way to the Marriott from the SLC airport. The following notes may also help:

   Leaving the airport, follow the signs for I-80 going east. This will
   take you through Salt Lake City towards the mountains to the east.
   You will enter the mountains and go uphill: there will be a mileage
   sign saying that Park City is 20 miles distant. Leave I-80 at the
   Kimball Junction Exit (Exit 145). The exit goes to the right; you are
   now on Highway 224 going south. You will now pass through 7
   stoplights; take a left at the seventh onto Kearns Blvd. Proceed
   through 1 stop light and turn right on to Sidewinder Drive. The
   Marriott is on the right after a few hundred feet.
  

• Driving to Park City from the east
  Take I-80 westbound to Exit 145 and follow the above instructions.

• Arriving at SLC airport and not renting a car
  There is little, if any, public transportation from the SLC airport to Park City. Instead, there are several shuttles from the airport to the Park City area. You can arrange to have them deliver you to the Marriott (or wherever you are staying). A page listing some of the shuttle services is available. The usual rate seems to be around 30 USD in one direction. The shuttles leave approximately every 30-40 minutes from the airport. It is recommended that you make a reservation; this can be done by email, usually.
