Abstract
All graduate students, faculty, and staff are cordially invited to this Open Mike format colloquium in which outreach, diversity, and recruiting related issues facing us in Computing may be aired. Ganesh will moderate the colloquium (give each participant a minute or so to air their views) and scribe your comments. The report thus produced may serve as a master-plan for us to align our energies and ideas in additive ways and move forward with specific plans of action, while avoiding stepping on each others' X and Y chromosomes.
