All members of the GS Program will attend an annual retreat to discuss advances in the field, with particular emphasis on the laboratory work and findings of GS students. This retreat will be held off campus and funded by GS host departments. It is anticipated that this event will also contribute significantly to the integration of faculty and students from the various departments participating in the GS program.
