Input/output file port


Hi,
        Is there a way with MzScheme v103 to open a file both as input
        and output port (same behaviour as the "r+" flag of fopen)?

        Looking at MzScheme code, I can see that opening an output
        port with the flag 'update is in fact fopen-ing with "r+" but
        MzScheme complains when I try to read it.
