Negative time

	The mailing list archive seems currently down, I can't check
my question there before asking it here.

	Mzscheme 103 on FreeBSD evaluates (current-milliseconds) to a
decreasing negative integer:

> (current-milliseconds)
-651514194
> (current-milliseconds)
-651453763
> (current-milliseconds)
-651445274

Is this an expected behavior? Is it possible to recover from this
integer the count of milliseconds since the epoch (whatever the epoch
is)?
