{schemetopbox} environment available for (cvs'ed) SLaTeX

The plt-tree version of SLaTeX now supports the {schemetopbox} 
environment. It's identical to the {schemebox} environment except 
that its alignment point is at the baseline of the topmost line of 
scheme in the box, rather than at the baseline of the lowest line of 
scheme in the box.

Please note that this change is not reflected in SLaTeX at large; 
only the plt-tree version of SLaTeX contains this feature. In order 
to use it, you'll need to check out (or update) the exp-tagged slatex 
collection.
