This directory contains software that has been released as part of the
Impulse project.  We provide no warranties as to the correctness of any
of this software -- Basically, caveat emptor.

That said, we try to make sure our code is accurate and useful, so if
you detect any problems, please send email to impulse@cs.utah.edu.
Don't expect much feedback, though, if you ask lots of questions about
the contents of the files -- we are making them available as a service
to the research community, but do not have the time or resources to
answer every query we receive.  Sorry!
