Hotel Information
The HPCA'08 Symposium will take place at the Salt
Lake City Marriott City Center, located at 220 South State Street,
Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Hotel Room
HPCA has negotiated a room rate of $149/night, a significant discount
off of the normal rate for the peak of the ski season. If you (and
perhaps your family) would like to take advantage of the proximity to
the seven world class ski resorts outside Salt Lake City, the hotel
rate is good for three days before and after the conference!
Making Your Reservation
You may make your reservation by phone or on-line:
- By phone: The toll-free reservation number is 1-866-961-8700.
Please reference the block code "HPCA'08" to obtain the negotiated
conference rate. Some attendees have been told that they need
to speak to Seongja or Leah, who are only available during normal
business hours (7:30am-5:00pm).
- On-line: Go to https://resweb.passkey.com/go/6547e560,
which is already configured for HPCA'08.
Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00
noon. Guests are responsible for all room charges.
Reservation Cutoff Date
To obtain rooms at the negotiated conference rate, reservations MUST
be made by Tuesday, January 29th (deadline extended a week).
After this date, unused rooms will be released from the block, and
reservations will only be accepted based on availability and
prevailing room rates.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid penalty, the hotel requires that reservations be cancelled at
least seventy-two hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival.
