Instructions for Presenters

Poster Deadline: March 31st (printed and turned in to Chris Coleman at the SoC front Desk). If you want Chris to handle printing for you, please give him your poster file no later than Tuesday morning, March 29.

Poster Dimensions: 3 feet wide x 4 feet tall (portrait)

Printing Poster: If desired, printing may be done in color. Discuss payment and process with Chris Coleman before printing.

Poster File Format:Try to save the posters as a pdf file, however ppt files are acceptable. Printing services prefers the pdf because during the printing process the text changes with the power point files when you use fonts that they do not recognize..

Poster Template: Betty Mohler has provided a poster template in PowerPoint format, available here. The original size of the poster has been changed to match the size above, so the text and images may not look correct, but you should be able to use this as a starting point for your own posters.
