ANN: New Java NodeOS Release

		      Janos Java NodeOS v1.2.0
		      ------------------------

The University of Utah's Flux Research Group is pleased to announce
version 1.2.0 of the Janos Java NodeOS.

The Java NodeOS is a Java implementation of the NodeOS API. The Janos
Java NodeOS supports all of the major NodeOS abstractions including
Threads, Channels, Domains, ThreadGroups, and DemultiplexKeys.

There are two back-ends for the Java NodeOS in this distribution: the
(default) "pure Java" implementation and one which relies on the
JanosVM and the Moab NodeOS. Both provide exactly the same support to
Java-based EEs.

This release includes some minor optimizations for the pure java
version, udp multicast support for pure java channels, updates for the
latest NodeOS spec and JanosVM, a new routing table implementation,
and the usual round of bug fixes.
