Contributions written in English shall not exceed 6000 words. Eight copies of
the paper should be submitted to Prof. Dr. Patrick Horster, University of
Chemnitz (full address see below). Electronic submissions can't be accepted.
The proceedings shall be published by an international publisher.
Important dates: Submission of papers March 1, 1996
Notification of acceptance April 8, 1996
Camera-ready copy due May 3, 1996
