   Instructions for Authors

Authors are invited to submit original papers, neither published nor
submitted for publication elsewhere, by sending the full paper or an
extended abstract containing at least 5 double spaced pages (but at
most 20 pages) of 12 pt type, not counting the bibliography and
clearly marked appendices. The separate title page should contain the
title, the names of the authors, their postal and e-mail addresses,
and phone and fax numbers. The paper or extended abstract should start
with the title and abstract, but should be anonymous (no author name,
affiliations, acknowledgment, or abstract references). The electronic
version of the paper should be separated in two files; one for the
title page and the other for the body of full paper or extended
abstract. Please send your submissions to the chair of program
committee below.

Authors are strongly encouraged to submit their papers electronically
by Oct. 30, 1998. The authors unable to submit electronically are
invited to send 10 hard copies of their full paper or extended
abstract by Oct. 15, 1998. We prefer to get papers in MS-Word but can
also accept papers in LaTeX or TeX and figures in Postscript. Please
make sure your files are self-contained, i.e. there are no pointers to
your system set-up. For further information, please look up the
ICISC'98 Web pages at http://elec.sch.ac.kr/icisc98/ and
