TOPICS: Papers pertaining to all aspects of information security and privacy
are solicited. Papers may present theory, techniques, applications and
practical experiences on any relevant topic including:

 authentication and
 identification               commercial applications   cryptology

 database security            key management and        access control
                              auditing
 mobile system security       electronic commerce       network security
 security architectures and
 models                       secure operating systems  smart cards
 security and cryptography    distributed system
 policy                       security                  secure protocols

 security management          evaluation and            copyright
                              certification             protection
 instrusion detection

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS: The Program Committee invites papers on topics of
technical and general interest. Technical papers are limited to 15 pages of
12 point type (including bibliography and any appendices). Papers should not
have been previously published or submitted in parallel for publication to
any other conference or workshop that that has proceedings. It is expected
that the proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in
Computer Science series.

SUBMISSIONS: Submissions must be anonymous and not contain any author names,
acknowledgements or obvious references. Each submission must be accompanied
by a separate title page with the title, names of the author(s) (indicating
contact author if more than one author), organisational affiliation(s),
telephone and fax numbers, electronic mail and postal addresses. Submissions
should be made electronically via e-mail (preferred option) or by post.
E-mail submissions may be in postscript, Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format
(RTF). Hard copy submissions should include 7 copies of the paper and 1 copy
of the separate title page.
