Professor Regehr's background is in operating systems and
real-time systems, and his current research focuses on techniques and tools
that make it easier and faster to develop efficient, reliable embedded
software. He joined the faculty in 2003, having received his Ph.D. from the
University of Virginia in 2001. Professor Regehr was previously a postdoc
in the School of Computing from 2001-2003 and an adjunct assistant professor
in the School of Computing during 2002-2003.
