Once you have received your letter of acceptance from the Graduate School, be sure to notify the Department of Computer Science in writing regarding your intention to matriculate. If you are accepted with financial aid, obtain a TA/RA Request form from the Graduate Coordinator and return it promptly.
International Teaching Assistants (TAs who are not native speakers of English) must take either a Test of Spoken English (TSE) or SPEAK test before beginning their first TA assignment. Depending on exam score, remedial instruction at the University's English Language Institute may be required.
