Notifications

A circular list of objects allocated in wired memory
Written by the interface, read by receiving process
Sender is aware of the number of available notifications
Many endpoints may share a single notification list
A notification carries the address and size of the message, as well as an endpoint identifier
Notification may optionally cause an interrupt
A notification may carry up to 7 words of metadata
