Plan

1. All changes during intial development can be made freely without change control.
2. Tehcnical review by team. Determination of completion of initial development.
3. Submission to change board. Board members include Jenny Greenwood, Shannon Whitaker, Zack Douglas, Brittney Brown, Thomas Henderson, and Brandt Erickson.
4. Revision control. CVS.
5. Further changes handled systematically:
a. Changes proposed via "Change Proposals" describing work in question, proposed change and impact of change.
b. Change board reviews and distributes Change Proposal to parties that may be affected.
c. Concerned parties assess Change Proposal.
d. Change board combines assessments and prioritize or reject.
e. Change board notifies all concerned parties of resolution of Change Proposal.
